All Aspects Teen Theatre

Cascades Theatrical's All Aspects Teen Theatre provides theatre opportunities to local teens in the areas of acting, directing, designing, writing, and technical applications for the stage. The program appeals to those students who express an interest in the craft. It also aims to develop participants' skills in "all aspects" of the theatre rather than simply the on-stage elements to broaden awareness and understanding of the discipline, while encouraging their creativity and fun. Thanks to patron support, sponsorship and donations the All Aspects Teen Theatre is completely TUITION FREE.

An average American family acquires historic old Canterville Chase - complete with a ghost! Sir Simon, the sporting spirit, succeeds in making life miserable. Then the Americans strike back. Pam and Wendy, daughters of the new owners, attack the poor ghost with cans of hairspray and deodorant! Sir Simon feels this is hardly fair, so he enlists the help of some friends: Hester the Horrid, Lady Joan the Graveless, the Vampire Duchess, and other things that go bump in the night. Life is hectic and fantastically funny around Canterville Chase until the real solution to the problem of the galloping ghost is discovered.

The Wolf: villain or victim? The Three Pigs: innocent or at fault? The Jurors (Miss Muffet, Bo Peep, Cinderella and Humpty-Dumpty, to name a few): solid citizens or characters with a past?  And what about Judge Wise O. Al? Is justice on his side - or does he have a secret to hide? Then there's the media - a reporter, newscaster and town crier. Have they come to accurately report the proceedings - or to turn the courtroom into a media circus? And who is that surprise witness at the end? The answers to these profound questions and even more are revealed once and for all in this rollicking, fun-filled, action-packed trail of the century!
